Thank you for supporting BRICKLINE Motion Pictures. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, delivery, tracking, and related order issues are handled for products purchased through our website.

BRICKLINE Motion Pictures may sell physical products such as apparel, posters, accessories, film-related merchandise, and other items.

Some products may be produced, packaged, and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners or print-on-demand providers. Because of this, shipping times and delivery methods may vary depending on the product.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed after payment is received.

Processing time may vary depending on:

  • Inventory availability

  • Print-on-demand production timelines

  • Order volume

  • Holidays

  • Fulfillment partner delays

  • Shipping carrier delays

Some items may take longer to produce because they are made specifically after an order is placed.

3. Made-to-Order Products

Many BRICKLINE products may be made to order or printed on demand.

This means the item may not exist in inventory until after you purchase it. Production time is separate from shipping time.

Estimated delivery timelines may include both production and shipping.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout when applicable.

Shipping rates may vary based on:

  • Package size

  • Shipping destination

  • Shipping method

  • Fulfillment provider

  • Carrier rates

BRICKLINE does not control carrier shipping rates.

5. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses supported by our website, ecommerce platform, and fulfillment partners.

Some products may not be available for shipping to certain locations.

If an order cannot be shipped to the address provided, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.

6. Delivery Estimates

Any delivery dates shown at checkout or in order updates are estimates only.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

7. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you may receive tracking information by email after your order has shipped.

Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier. BRICKLINE does not control how quickly tracking information updates.

Some orders may ship in multiple packages or from different fulfillment locations.

8. Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately.

This can happen when:

  • Items are produced by different fulfillment partners

  • Items are shipped from different locations

  • Some items are ready before others

  • Products require different packaging

If your order arrives in separate shipments, you may receive separate tracking information.

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

BRICKLINE is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

10. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

BRICKLINE is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after delivery.

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with:

  • The shipping carrier

  • Household members

  • Neighbors

  • Your building office, front desk, or mailroom

  • Your local post office or delivery location

We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.

11. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Email address used for the order

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A clear description of the issue

Damage claims must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

12. International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional charges required by their country.

BRICKLINE is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping processes.

International shipping times may vary significantly.

13. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to sender because it was undeliverable, refused, unclaimed, or sent to an incorrect address, we may contact you to determine the next step.

Additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.

Refunds for returned packages are not guaranteed, especially for made-to-order or print-on-demand items.

14. Order Changes

Shipping addresses and order details cannot always be changed after an order is placed.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production, fulfillment, or shipping.
