Thank you for supporting BRICKLINE Motion Pictures. This Returns / Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issues are handled for products purchased through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
1. Overview
BRICKLINE Motion Pictures may sell physical products such as apparel, posters, accessories, film-related merchandise, and other items.
Some products may be made to order, printed on demand, or fulfilled by third-party production partners. Because of this, return and refund options may vary depending on the product and the issue.
2. Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand Products
Many BRICKLINE products may be produced only after an order is placed.
Because made-to-order and print-on-demand products are created specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Wrong color ordered
Buyer’s remorse
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Item no longer wanted
Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer
Please review all product details, sizing information, colors, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us review the issue, please include:
Your name
Order number
Email address used for the order
A clear description of the problem
Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging, if relevant
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
4. Time Limit for Reporting Problems
Order problems must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
If you contact us after 14 days, we may not be able to offer a replacement, refund, or exchange.
5. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered when:
The item arrives damaged
The item is defective
The wrong item was sent
The product was significantly different from what was ordered
An order cannot be fulfilled
Another issue occurs that BRICKLINE determines qualifies for a refund
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
We generally do not offer exchanges for sizing issues, color preference, or change of mind, especially for made-to-order or print-on-demand items.
If you are unsure about sizing, please review the product size guide before placing your order.
7. Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide instructions for how to return the item.
Depending on the situation, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
BRICKLINE is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are lost, stolen, misplaced, or taken after delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with:
The shipping carrier
Household members
Neighbors
Your building office or front desk
Your local post office or delivery location
We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
BRICKLINE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.
10. Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are not guaranteed.
Because some products may go into production quickly after purchase, we may not be able to cancel an order once it has been submitted for fulfillment.
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately.
11. Digital Products
If BRICKLINE offers digital downloads, production templates, educational resources, or other digital products, those purchases are generally final once delivered or accessed.
Refunds for digital products may only be offered if there is a technical issue that prevents access and we are unable to resolve it.
12. Services, Bookings, and Workshops
This Returns / Refund Policy applies primarily to merchandise and physical products.
Refunds for services, studio sessions, workshops, educational programs, production work, or bookings may be subject to separate agreements, invoices, registration terms, or cancellation policies.
13. Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will usually be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, payment processor, or ecommerce platform.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by BRICKLINE or a fulfillment error.
14. Final Sale Items
Some items may be marked as final sale. Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
