Zach and Zach from zzgripelectric made the trip out from LA to hang out with us.

They came through the film program that eventually became the Johnny Carson Center for EMA and have since built a strong grip and

One of the biggest moments for us was seeing the custom Atlas IMAX lenses used on the latest Dune films.

Not replicas.
The actual lenses developed alongside Denis Villeneuve and cinematographer

Vegas is chaos, but the floor is where things get real.

We spent the day digging into gear that

17 films.
34 students.

That’s what came out of this year’s SkillsUSA Nebraska Digital Cinema competition.

These students took their ideas from concept to final film and built pitch decks to present their projects the way it’s do
